Please find attached suggested format to submit your club membership to USA.  CLUB membership dues are paid to the end of the year (December 31, 2007).

 

If you have new CLUB members please submit them as soon as possible, so they may receive the Snow Scoop Newspaper. CLUB membership dues to USA are the same as in the past which is $10.00 per family or $10.00 per individual membership. If members have email addresses, please include them for use in USA business and alerts only.  They are a quick way for us to communicate with all members.
